I founded Almediqa with a vision to connect leading hospitals and healthcare institutions with highly qualified physicians, medical specialists and healthcare professionals worldwide.
Building on my extensive experience in Sweden's healthcare recruitment and staffing sector, I wanted to create an international company focused on quality, trust and long-term partnerships.
Our mission is to bridge borders, connect exceptional medical talent with outstanding healthcare institutions and contribute to better patient care globally.

Doctors and nurses
We place physicians and specialists, and we place registered and specialist nurses. Hospitals get both from one partner.

Our healthcare professionals come from India, the Philippines, Tunisia, Libya, Canada, the USA, Colombia, the Gulf states, Europe and Australia.

Every professional is reviewed personally before a hospital sees their profile. Hospitals only see approved, relevant candidates.
